As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank you for your support in 2024. Whether you stayed with us, dined in our restaurant, or simply shared kind words with us, you have been an important part of our journey, and we are deeply grateful. 

 

 

Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be another exciting year for us as we have lots of plans and projects in the pipeline.

 

As part of our commitment to continually enhancing your experience, we will begin a stunning restaurant renovation project in the new year. What makes this project truly special is our partnership with Modet Furniture, a local West Cork company renowned for their beautifully hand-crafted chairs.  By collaborating with Modet Furniture, we’re not just investing in our guest experience—we’re also supporting the vibrant local community and celebrating the incredible talent and craftsmanship that West Cork has to offer. We can’t wait to unveil the results of this project and create a dining atmosphere that’s as exquisite and memorable as the food we serve. Modet Furniture West Cork

 

The final phase of our Bathroom Refurbishment will be completed in February which marks the end of a three year plan to refurbish all of our Guest Bathrooms. We will begin work on upgrading our Self Catering Apartments early next year, we cannot wait to unveil these to our many regular guests.

 

We are really excited to be nominated in four categories at the the upcoming Gold Medal Awards ceremony in January. We are really thrilled, as these nominations are testament to our wonderful team here and their hard work and dedication. Needless to say, we are very proud. We have been shortlisted for an award in the following categories:
